Absence Management
Managing Absence; what you can and cannot say; monitoring sickness; welfare meetings; dismissing for frequent absence.
Performance Management
Plan and deliver effective and worthwhile appraisals, setting clear expectations and objectives; coaching and giving feedback; how to draft an appropriate appraisal form and conduct an effective appraisal meeting with appropriate follow up.
Recruitment Skills
Advice on effective recruitment selection methods; safer recruitment processes; drafting job descriptions and role profiles; competency based interviewing; designing an induction.
