What happens when it all goes wrong?
Sometimes things don’t work out as you expected and if you do have problems with an employee, DCL will work with you to help you follow all the correct procedures, whether that includes a performance management review, managing disciplinary procedures or conducting investigations. If dismissal is the only option, we recognise that can be a difficult decision and will support you all the way.
DCL provides advice, letters and guidance, including being present in meetings if necessary, to make sure the correct procedures are followed and unwanted repercussions avoided.
