Having a Health and Safety policy unique to your business is a legal requirement. Most generic documents have similar objectives and arrangements at a basic level, but then they should be tweaked to suit the individual needs of your business. Your policy should protect your valued employees and illustrate how importantly you take their safety, welfare and happiness at work.

DCL can help prepare your unique policy documents to include a signed statement of intent which outlines how safety will be managed; details of responsibilities that key members of staff have and details of specific arrangements on how activities are managed. We’ll also provide a Health & Safety handbook to make all the policies and rules clear to those responsible and the rest of your employees. Once these documents have been completed, they must be regularly reviewed to ensure that it constantly reflects your business developments.
