DCL has no sales team; we have grown year on year through recommendation and a reputation for providing a personal and professional service that is cost effective, flexible and ensures our clients are compliant and protected from claims or prosecution. No Company is the same and therefore the HR and Health & Safety service they need shouldn’t be either.

Since 2010 no client following our advice and using our documents has ever been successfully taken to an employment tribunal or prosecuted by the HSE.
